Jet Set to Solvang!

During my trip to Cali, I was able to visit this cute small town called Solvang, a place filled with wineries and vineyards. The town is about 2 hours away from the Los Angeles area. To make the road trip fun, we took Highway 101, the popular Pacific Coast Highway! We took many stops along the way taking pictures of the beach and of the beautiful scenery.

Once you get to Solvang, you'll immediately see a cute town, which is all within walking distance near many restaurants, shops, and wineries. If you need a map, or suggestions on where to start your wine tasting, i recommend going to the visitor center. It has a sign that says "Solvang Danish Village" pictured below.

this is the visitor center. The people that work here can give you a map of the town, and tell you where you should start your wine paths!

Drive about 5-10 minutes to different vineyrads for more wine tasting and pretty views.

Bridlewood is the Vineyard we checked out! Most of the Vineyards in the surrounded areas have their last pour servings at 4pm, so make sure to have enough time allocated to do so!

If you choose not to do the long drive back to the city, you have plenty of hotel option within the town. They are also all walking distance within the bakeries and restaurants at your convenience.
